What to Expect

First Visit

On your first visit to Maverick Chiropractic expect to be greeted with a smile from one of our friendly Chiropractic Assistants.  You will fill out your initial paperwork upon arrival, or to save time we encourage you to complete this beforehand. In the office your paperwork will be reviewed, then you will have a one-on-one consultation with a fully licensed Chiropractor.  You will have a detailed Chiropractic and neurological examination and a full set of spinal X-rays taken. We also have thermal and surface EMG technologies available at our Forney and Terrell offices. At Maverick Chiropractic we are interested in finding the cause of your problems. Please allow at least 45 minutes for your first visit. 

Second Visit

The Chiropractor will review all of the examination findings and analyze your x-rays before your second appointment.  During your second visit, you will receive a report with recommendations for care from the Chiropractor.  You will be educated and fully informed on what is needed to be done to solve the problem that brought you into our practice, and given steps on what can be done to prevent this from happening again.  The Chiropractor will then perform specific Chiropractic adjustments on your spine, which will start the healing process.  Please allow 30 minutes for this appointment.  Spouses and parents of our pediatric patients are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
